All of our staff members are either training, or have already achieved their full qualification- Diploma of Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education.  Many staff members are very experienced in working with children of varying age groups and bring along their experience and expertise in areas including:

• Long Day Care
• Early Childhood, Primary and High School Education (both teacher’s and teacher’s aids)
• Working with children with additional needs
• Family Day Care
• Nursing
• Playgroups and Sporting and Creative Clubs

Little Bee accesses both internal and external training providers.

Our experienced staff members are able to share their skills and knowledge with our trainee staff.  Such information is shared at our monthly staff meetings and through ongoing professional development and training for all staff members.
