Wayne is the financial manager of Little Bee.

He owns and manages the three Little Bee Centres alongside his partner, Kathy.

Prior to opening of Little Bee, Wayne worked for 25 years in a front line management position at the Commonwealth Bank.

Wayne is very experienced in many areas, including sales management, customer service, project management and human relations, having recruited and managed large numbers of staff at one time.
