Kathy is the owner and manager of the three Little Bee Centres. Having initially worked as the Director of both the Howrah and Airport Centre, Kathy now works in a training and support role across the three Centres.

She has a Bachelor of Education degree, specialising in early childhood education and holds qualified teaching status in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Kathy has taught in kindergarten classrooms for 10 years and has completed an Early Years Specialisation course, developing her own play based curriculum for Little Bee.

In 2010, Kathy began her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Completion of the assessment modules, enabled Kathy to undertake assessment through recognition for many staff members.

Kathy works alongside her staff to guide and support them in their training, while continually developing staff performance management.
